One of the first things I did when I was overweight and decided I had enough was to order from Amazon a lot of books about weight loss, many of them were hocus pocus, others were ok, and some of them were amazing.
That’s why in my books, I try to deliver information that the reader, that’s you, will find useful and also be able to apply it immediately or at a reasonable pace.
I am a very practical man; I will read the theory as long as I can see the usefulness of it and also the practical applications that it offers.
I am more of a hands-on person than a day-dreamer, which was what I was when I was overweight and had some chronic diseases, which made my life miserable and reduced its quality.
So, yes, this story is going to be long; there is no other way to pass around all the information I know, which was accumulated from books written by doctors, medical researchers, dieticians and also credible medical sites with articles reviewed and written by medical personnel. Finally, there will be information that I have acquired from my experience, from my everyday trial-and-error applications and experimentations with different kind of foods, diets, and lifestyles.
