Flawless skin – skin without breakouts, acne and blemishes are always the wishes of so many girls. However, it is not always as people wishes. There are so many factors affecting your skin, causing acne, breakouts, and blemishes. It might be a not healthy lifestyle, not doing exercise and stress and pressure at work and at home.

The most common irritants that any girls can find on their faces are blemishes. These are the dots (brown or black ones that appear on the face) and resulted mostly from acne and sunlight. A bit of blemish on faces is acceptable, some even make girls has a natural look. However, too much of blemishes are the real problems that make them feel insecure about the appearance.

However, worry not since this is a common issue among women and can be fixed if you are consistent. Following are some natural tips to get rid of blemishes you can try in the first place before going to spa or clinic to pouring your money. 

  1. Orange Peels

Orange is packed with a high amount of vitamin C, which is super useful properties for fixing your skin problems. There are bleaching properties in oranges that help to brighten your skin and fix so many other problems such as uneven skin tone. You could make use of orange peels without worrying that it might irritate your skin.

How to apply:

  • Mix few teaspoons orange powders with organic honey and plain yogurt.
  • Have your face wash thoroughly then spread the paste all over.
  • Leave it for 15 minutes then rinse off with warm water.

  1. Strawberries

There are ingredients in strawberries that help to brighten your skin tone. Quite similar to oranges, there are quite a lot of vitamin C in strawberries to bleaching dead skin cells as well as to smoothing your skin.

  • Add few teaspoons of unsweetened milk into the mixture.

  • Wash off after that then use your night cream.

  1. Fuller’s Earth

This ingredient also got another name as Multani mitti and has been knowing to remove dead skin cells effectively. Thanks to this, blemishes might also be wiped off quickly. Once it gets to your skin, it helps absorb excess oil and therefore can contribute to lightening your skin as well.

How to apply:

  • Create a mixture out of fuller’s earth, rose water, green tea, and lemon juice.
  • Mix them well together then spread all over your face.
  • Wait for 15 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.

The reason you use rose water in the solution is to tighten your pores and minimize pores.

  1. Cucumber

  • Peel and chop off cucumber then blend them well.
  • Add lemon juice and honey for anti-inflammatories properties.

There are two ways of applying banana peels.

Another simple and constructive way is to eat bananas raw. This will help to provide properties for other parts of the body as well.

Or if you cannot eat raw bananas, it might be a good idea to create banana smoothies to enjoy every summer night or right after working out. This is super healthy and good for your skin.
