NLP: 8 Fun & Easy NLP Techniques To A Better You! (NLP, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Mind Control, Self-Hypnosis, Human Behavior, Self-Help) by Michael, Chen is a short booklet that attempts to give a well-rounded description of eight basic NLP techniques.

NLP acronym is for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. These techniques according with the author will help you fight your fears, remove away your negative thoughts and aid you into becoming a happier and more successful human being.

The book is well constructed. In each of the eight-central chapter one technique is presented and explained. The how’s and the days are also addressed.

The techniques personally reminded me a few meditation techniques which I found to be very easy to do and follow.

It only requires ten to twenty minutes of your life every day, and I think the author did an excellent job to present them the way he did.

They are entertaining and exciting techniques, they demand the use of your mind and also your body. If you are into yoga and meditation, then this book is for you. Furthermore, if you are not and you just want to remove negative tactics and feelings, you have them this book is sweet and short and to the point and I promise you won’t waste your time.
