Positive Thinking by Cheryl Usher is a pretty small guide that initiates the reader to the concept of positive and negative as one unit. I found the approach very helpful and useful and really helped me realize and understand a lot of emotional issues I had during my divorce process the previous year. Also, the author presents five everyday examples that everyone can relate and I am sure all of us went through them at some point in our lives. This small book is a well-written teaser for the marvelous work of the author and gives you a taste of what you can expect from her books. I actually learned a lot from this book, ideas like what you resist persist, and methods of how to turn negatives into positives are explained and analyzed. How bad and good view by different situations and people is also presented and using examples the writer shows how to balance your negative and positive energy by becoming more aware of your emotions.
