7 Habits That are Damaging to Your Eyes
Just like you need to take care of your body and general health, you should make sure that you’re taking proper care of your eyes, too. Staring at gadget screens
Smartphones have become an integral part of today’s society but staring at the small screen too much, especially when you’re reading something, is not only bad for your eyes but can also cause dizziness and nausea.
