How to Turn House Cleaning Into a Workout!

Many people absolutely hate cleaning, and it’s certainly an understandable stance. Unfortunately, hating to clean results in a dirty home so it really important to keep on top of things. This infographic from HappyCleans looks at how cleaning can help you to get fit and hopefully it will give you a bit of motivation.

For example, dusting is often something we put on the long finger, but it really can be an excellent workout. It burns 174 calories and is such a vital part of a clean house. Dust can be especially harmful to people who have allergies, so it’s imperative to keep on top of it. If you want to turn dusting into toned arms, you can also add light weights to your wrists.
