Jordan Travers is an Australian personal trainer, holistic health coach and author of the new book, Man Alive. He specialises in personal transformation for high-performance individuals who want to increase their productivity and life-satisfaction through the optimisation of health.
When he was 16, Jordan crashed a moped at 60 miles and hour, breaking bones and crushing his trachea, which placed him in a coma. The journey through intense medical and rehabilitative procedures was completely life-changing and propelled him to health and wellness.
Jordan has consciously turned away from practitioner models of health and has instead opted to transform men’s lives by becoming one of the most highly regarded and influential staff at Australia’s top holistic gym. He has personally coached over 100 clients one on one and has influenced several hundred more in group settings. Many of his clients are successful business owners and executives, who sacrifice their health for their career and seek Jordan’s help to reclaim their vitality.
In his spare time, Jordan lectures and runs education programmes for coaches and gym owners on how to get better results with their clients, as well as with their own training. He also hosts personal transformation retreats for his clients in beautiful destinations around the world.
