In the article, I am mentioned as an expert. It’s true that since 2010 I am a scholar of plant-based nutrition and using a plant-based lifestyle to lose weight and never gain it back. Do I know more since 2010 about my chosen niche, yes, of course, do I know enough to be called an expert? Well, I do appreciate Eric’s calling me an expert, but I feel I need to work a bit more to have a comprehensive and authoritative knowledge of my niche. I will probably never settle for being an expert, but I will accept the title of a philosopher. A philosopher in my native Language (Greek) is the person that seeks wisdom. That’s why I named my site thirsty for health. I will always search for the truth that will enable me to find my health and happiness. I think I am doing a pretty good job thus far.
