Government medical agencies and the medical establishment promotes the false idea that quitting smoking is hard. When I was 24 years old, I was already smoking for five years, and this notion that quitting smoking was hard was engraved in my mind. Also, everybody was telling me exactly that. Quitting smoking is hard,  it’s hard it’s not easy you will need help to stop. I had this image of that it takes a lot of effort and too much time to quit.

There is a reason that society thinks like this and it’s because it’s being influenced and bombarded by commercials of NRT’s that they promise to alleviate the pain of quitting smoking or make your quit more accessible by making the so-called harm reduction.

Quitting smoking cigs and replacing it with an NRT or even an e-cig might reduce the danger of a lung cancer because 4000 chemicals that are in the smoke are not getting into your lungs anymore. But, nicotine is not innocent as the vast majority of people think, it’s responsible for more than 50% of the deaths annually on this planet that’s roughly 2,5 million inhabitants!

Nicotine is an artery restriction agent, meaning it blocks and clogs your arteries giving you heart attacks and strokes!

Why will you put yourself in a so-called harm reduction plan and not remove the harm entire from your life by going cold turkey in the first place?
