My question to you is, are you ready for Freedom? Have you catch yourself wondering what would it be like not to wake up in the morning without a cough, or talk to people and see them not cover their mouth and nose because of your bad smelly breath. Have you ever thought what you could have done with all that money you are wasting buying cigs, going for luxurious vacations, buy a new car, renovate your kitchen? Do something nice for your parents, do something wonderful for your kids, buy the misses or the hubby something amazing.

Quitting smoking is not impossible, you need to understand two significant aspects of the quit. First, there is the physiological aspect; you need to remove the nicotine that floats through your bloodstream and the sooner you do it, the better. The only method that will do that safely and efficiently is going cold turkey if you want to quit smoking then you need to stop smoking, and that is what going cold turkey means. The second aspect of the quit procedure is that you need to be 100% commit to quitting smoking and 100% commit quitting cold turkey.
