The gym isn’t crowded, the fridge is filled with cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and other fats but not the healthy items; after all, this isn’t the 1st of January. Fitness is that branch of our health that always remains neglected, and people take this factor lightly. “Fitness means working out” is a bubble that we all live in, but the fact is that it is partially correct; fitness comprises of your diet, lifestyle, and workout. A whole regime and an appropriate exercise will make sure that your body remains in shape.

You know that there are plenty of fruits, vegetables and food products out there that can be very beneficial for your health, but forming a diet plan with the fruits, vegetable or the food items you love is tricky. We have a list for you from a wide variety of food items, so that you can select those food items you like and are beneficial for you too.

Avocados are monounsaturated fat fruits which help in increasing blood flow and also helps to enhance the brain health. Avocadoes support your heart by lowering the blood pressure which in turn reduces the probability of cognitive decline. This fruit is rich in healthy fats, vitamin B, Vitamin K, Vitamin E and higher fiber content. Regular intake of Avocado can reduce the blood cholesterol level also.

Every berry is packed with a lot of fiber, compounds, and antioxidant, so it doesn’t really matter which berry you choose. Blueberries can help you to fight Alzheimer and dementia and can also enhance your memory. Strawberries on the other sides are rich in Vitamin C which helps in softening your skin. The best part about berries is that they can be added to any type of diet.

Oranges are packed with Vitamin C that can help your body to produce more white cells and antibodies to fight infections. With a tangy flavor, oranges are rich in fiber and antioxidants too.

Tomatoes technically are fruits and are loaded with potassium, and Vitamin C. Tomatoes can help your body to prevent Cholesterol, UV Rays, and even some cancers. Tomatoes are even healthy for your bones as it contains Vitamin K and Calcium.
